London
Full-time
Up to £96,000 DOE
We're looking for a senior, end-to-end product designer to join a well-funded, ~70-person London fintech rethinking what a credit and rewards card can feel like. You'll take full ownership of a product area from research through to shipped solutions, reporting directly into the Head of Design, with a genuinely full year of work ahead.
The Client
They've set out to fix a specific problem: young professionals and expats in the UK were being poorly served by traditional credit products, and by rewards schemes that barely felt like rewards at all.
Since launching, the company has raised well over £100m from top-tier venture investors, and spent its early years deliberately widening access, moving from a single paid credit card to a fuller range of free and paid credit and debit products.
That expansion work is largely done. The focus now has shifted back to the core experience: Deepening what the product does, refreshing how membership itself works, and building into genuinely new territory globally.
Design has real standing inside the business. It's a small team: a Head of Design, and shortly, this hire, but a trusted one. Members consistently cite the product experience, ahead of the rewards, as the reason they stay, and that translates internally into real influence over the roadmap.
The Opportunity
You'd own a product area end to end: Your own research and usability testing, flows and prototypes, visual and interaction design, through to shipped, carefully finished product.
PMs here do real early discovery work, so you inherit well-formed problems rather than a blank page, and can put your energy where it counts: the decisions, the craft, the states and transitions some teams never get time for.
The next twelve months give you plenty to build, and room to drive massive impact.
A refresh of the core membership tiers is coming, including new sub-branding, and there's new product territory too, alongside an expansion into Europe.
It's a moment to join and help shape the future of the product.
About you
Have an end-to-end skill set: Comfortable owning research and strategic thinking as well as execution, though craft and sweating the detail are what genuinely energise you.
You've shipped native or mobile consumer products at a senior level, ideally from inside a product team.
Typography, spacing, motion and the small states most people never get to are the things you notice and can't leave alone. You sweat the small stuff.
You want a senior individual-contributor seat with real creative latitude; leadership scope may come later, but it isn't role for the time being.

We hire for capability. We believe in it too.
The best design teams are built from diverse perspectives. We actively seek out talent across backgrounds, disciplines, and experience levels — because the most capable teams are rarely the most homogeneous ones. Every candidate we work with is considered on merit, potential, and fit. Nothing else.
Not ready to move yet?
That's fine. The best career decisions rarely start with urgency. Book a free 15-minute call — no brief, no agenda, just a conversation about where you are and where you want to be.
